Organise a Measure & Quote through the Special Orders desk for $99. An Essential Stone representative will visit your home to measure and quote your splashback and installation. You can pay and book for your splashback and installation at the Special Orders desk.
Do I have to buy an Essential Glass splashback from Bunnings?
Yes, installation is provided as an additional service when you purchase an Essential Glass splashback from Bunnings.
How much does it cost?
A full product and installation price will be provided when the Measure & Quote is completed. This will include the price of the product and installation.
How much does a Measure & Quote cost?
A Measure & Quote is available for $99. The measure and quote is conducted by an experienced Essential Glass installer.
When can I organise a Measure & Quote?
Before organising a Measure & Quote all benchtops and kitchen cabinetry must be installed.
Does someone need to be there for the Measure & Quote?
An adult over the age of 18 must be present while the Measure & Quote is taking place. We recommend the purchaser is present as there may be specific questions the installer will ask.
Which splashbacks can I have installed?
This offer includes the installation of Essential Glass splashbacks.
When can I organise installation?
Before organising installation, all benchtops and kitchen cabinetry must be installed.
How long will installation take?
This will vary depending on your installation requirements. For more detail regarding installation times please discuss with your installer.
Will there be additional charges?
The installation price of your glass splashback will vary based on your individual installation requirements. This will be discussed after an in-home measure and quote is complete.

After you have purchased a product and booked your installation, you can arrange a time that is convenient for both you and the installer.
Does Bunnings guarantee the quality of service?
All tradespeople are licenced and qualified. All works carried out will be warranted by the tradesperson.

What is your returns policy for splashbacks?
Custom glass splashbacks are not available for return for change of mind. If your splashback is incorrect or damaged please contact your local store to discuss available options.
How do I return a product that has been installed?
Exchanges on non-faulty goods are available prior to installation. For faulty goods, please refer to our returns policy.
The product installed has an installation issue, can I get a refund?
Refunds are available subject to an installation inspection by the installer. Please contact your local store for assistance.
One of the products installed was damaged/faulty, what are my options?

How will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund in the same method as payment was made.
