How to Use Self-inflating Mattress For the first inflating, due to the long- time-compressed storage, customers may want to inflate the mattress by blowing it up with the mouth or air pump to get a perfect inflating. Open-air inlet valve gently, the mattress will automatically start inflating. Wait for approx 15 minutes or so then tighten gas mouth; or you could simply choose to manually inflate it to your desired condition by blowing with your mouth or using an air pump.
