1. Change of Mind Returns
Goods may be returned to Screen Mounts Australia for a refund, provided they are returned within 30 days of delivery and are:
Unused and in new condition
In their original packaging
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Warranty & Faulty Products
All goods supplied by Screen Mounts Australia are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the product.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in the original product.

After reviewing the information, we will advise the appropriate next steps. Depending on the issue, this may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or a refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
