Perfect for slow cooking Moroccan-inspired dishes or used as servingware, the 32cm Scanpan Impact Tagine comes with the traditional conical shaped lid that allows steam to circulate while cooking, which then turns into condensation that drips back down into the food for more flavour. Made from high quality stainless steel with an aluminium core and a 6.4mm thick bonded base, this tagine provides optimal heat distribution to cook dishes to perfection. Suitable for all stovetops including induction and oven safe up to 250°C, it features stainless steel handles that make it easy to move from the stove to the oven to the table.
