Saramonic SR-SMC11 Professional Universal Shockmount for Shotgun Microphones on Camera Rigs/Cages The Saramonic SR-SMC11 is a universal shockmount for shotguns and pencil microphones 0.59 to 1.22" in diameter. It provides effective protection against shock, vibration, and handling noise when attached to a 15mm rod on a camera rig or cage for film and video applications. The SR-SMC11 utilizes a 4-point elastic suspension system to isolate your mic from unwanted mechanical vibrations that can muddy your sound. A quick-locking swivel and level controls provide 360o of rotation and 150o of tilt, allowing you to easily orient the microphone for optimal sound capture. You can mount the SR-SMC11 virtually anywhere, without the need for additional adapters. Mounting options include a camera shoe mount for DSLR and mirrorless cameras and camcorders. Also available are 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and 5/8"-27 threaded mounting options for boompoles, tripods, stands, support rigs, and cages. With rod-mounting hardware made of durable, yet lightweight metal the SR-SMC11 weighs only 3.75 oz, minimizing additional weight to your rig. Four replacement shockmount bands are included.
