For any returns, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
At Salin Appliance Spares, customer satisfaction comes first. Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Conditions
All returns must be approved by us before being sent back
We do not accept unapproved returns
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days
Fees & Shipping
A 20% handling fee applies to approved returns
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
If the return is due to incorrect ordering or change of mind, shipping remains at the buyer’s expense
Product Condition
Items must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition
We do not accept returns for products that are:
Opened
Damaged
Misused
Faulty Items
If an item is claimed as faulty, we may request an independent assessment report
For electrical items:
Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician
We may request an invoice from the electrician as proof of installation
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical circuit boards cannot be returned under any circumstances
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
