Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about a product purchased from us, please contact us using the Contact Seller function through your Bunnings order within 30 days. Please do not return or post an item before receiving our return instructions, as this may affect our ability to identify and process the return.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns:
The product must be in resalable condition.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
The product and packaging must be unopened and undamaged.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
An applicable freight fee and 20% restocking fee will apply to eligible change-of-mind returns.
These charges also apply to orders cancelled after the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
The item must meet the above conditions to qualify for a change-of-mind refund. For change-of-mind returns, we will process the refund after the returned product has been received at our premises and inspected.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If an item is lost during transit or arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us using the Contact Seller function through your Bunnings order. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, repair, or other suitable remedy.
Faulty, Incorrect or Not-as-Described Products
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, please contact us using the Contact Seller function.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Our voluntary warranty does not cover damage resulting from use for which the product was not intended, misuse, mishandling, improper removal or reinstallation, neglect, accident, or tampering, where such circumstances are not covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Where a product has a consumer guarantee failure under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
Any return conditions, return postage costs, freight fees, or restocking fees stated in this policy apply only to eligible change-of-mind returns and do not limit or exclude your rights under the ACL.
