We aim to dispatch all items within 1 business day from our Sydney warehouse. Under normal conditions deliveries will take 2-5 business days, however orders to remote areas may take longer. \n\nFreight and delivery fees are payable by the customer and calculated based on the shipping location and boxed dimensions. We work with various freighting companies to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service – the type will be determined by us based on the shipping location and boxed dimensions. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. \n\nCombined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations prevent items from being packaged in a single box. \n

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. We take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase so we offer a generous 30-Day Return Policy from date of invoice. We will only accept returns for change of mind if the goods are unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition complete with all original parts, documents and packaging. Due to our infection control policies, change of mind returns will not be provided on the following types of goods unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.
