The RYOBI Sanding Starter 15-Piece Kit transforms your rotary tool into a practical sanding solution for woodwork and craft applications. Together, the Sanding Bands form a complete surface preparation system for timber, metal and plastic by removing scratches and imperfections, ensuring surfaces are ready to paint. This Set includes 4 x 60 Grit Sanding Bands, 5 x 120 Grit Sanding Bands, 5 x 240 Grit Sanding Bands and 1 x Sanding Band Mandrel. Made from a premium aluminium oxide, these Sanding Bands are engineered to retain their grit for extended use and consistent results. Cycle through each grit level to gradually refine surfaces. The 60 Grit Sanding Bands are ideal for removing coarse sanding marks and deep scratches. Use the 120 Grit Sanding Bands to smooth lighter marks and scratches. The 240 Grit Sanding Bands are suitable for eliminating very light scratches and sanding marks. The Sanding Band Mandrel is designed to connect 12.5mm diameter Sanding Bands to a rotary tool. To get started, slide a sanding band onto the mandrel and tighten the screw for a secure fit. It’s compatible with rotary tools fitted with a collet or keyless/universal chuck.
