For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We accept NEW and UNUSED items for return for exchange, or refund within 30 days from the sale date. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
All returned products must be in new condition without damage to any of the packaging and must contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and other documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any condition other than new, a restocking fee may be applicable; see below.
OPENED and USED items are subject to approval depending on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected. A minimum of 20% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges.
Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, or removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to a restocking fee.
Return requests for commercial quantities must be approved case-by-case and may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless previously arranged, goods should be received at the warehouse within 2 weeks from the APPROVED return authorisation.
This product is directly imported and is offered with a full Australian 12 month warranty. (You may also be entitled to other consumer warranties as provided by the Australian Consumer Guarantee; these entitlements are not limited by this warranty). If this product should fail, please get in touch with our service department to arrange service for this product.
