RV Essentials Australia is a proudly Australian-owned business founded by caravan industry experts with over a decade of hands-on experience. We live and breathe caravanning—knowing the ins and outs of every detail, from chassis to skylights. What started in our garage back in 2022, driven by a passion for the road and a frustration with overpriced or underperforming gear, quickly grew into something bigger. By 2023, we officially launched as a company to serve Aussie travellers nationwide.

Today, RV Essentials offers a carefully selected range of caravan and RV accessories built to handle real Australian conditions. From smart caravan TVs and sway control systems to vents, water filters, steps, and trailer jacks, every product in our range has been tested for quality, durability, and ease of use. We also work closely with caravan manufacturers, giving us firsthand insight into what customers truly need on and off the road.

At RV Essentials Australia, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Australia.

Carriers Used
We primarily ship through Australia Post and Sendle. For certain locations or larger items, we may use other trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

Handling and Dispatch Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. This allows us to provide fast turnaround and reduce waiting times for our customers.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to most areas across Australia, including metro, regional, and remote locations. If your location is outside regular courier service areas, we will use the most suitable alternative available.

Authority To Leave (ATL)
Most deliveries are made with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default unless otherwise specified by the customer or restricted by the courier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. We are not liable for lost items once delivery has been confirmed.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery. For any concerns, you are welcome to contact us for assistance.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery details before placing the order. We cannot update shipping addresses once the item has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier used. Most metro deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, while regional or remote deliveries may take slightly longer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Although rare, delays can occur. If your item is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

At RV Essentials Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to making your return experience as easy and fair as possible in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty Items or Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

Please contact us with clear photos of the issue and the packaging

We will work with you to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement

For damaged-in-transit claims, notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item

For faulty items, most products carry a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects

Incorrect Items
If we sent the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will:

Send the correct item at no additional cost

Cover return shipping for the incorrect item

Please notify us within 30 days and provide clear photos of what you received

Lost in Transit
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us. We’ll follow up with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once it’s confirmed as lost.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first for return instructions

Items that are used, fitted, assembled, or modified cannot be returned

Return shipping for warranty claims is generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise advised

We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit
