Rubies Deerfield Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from receipt of payment.
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking information via email where available.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to courier delays and circumstances outside of Rubies’ control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight and delivery location. Additional freight charges may apply for bulky or oversized items.

Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.
A safe and secure delivery location should be available to receive the order.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, customers authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is available to accept delivery, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

For any returns, refund requests or product enquiries, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link located in your Bunnings Marketplace order confirmation email.

At Rubies, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and making your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.


Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change of mind returns where the following conditions are met:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order
Proof of purchase is provided
A Return Authorisation (RA) number has been issued by our customer service team prior to returning the goods
Items are returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition

Please do not return goods without first contacting us for approval. Returns delivered without authorisation may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via the Bunnings Marketplace messaging system.

To assist with processing your claim, we may request:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Additional order information

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which may include:

A replacement item
A repair
A refund
Collection and return of the damaged goods at our expense (where applicable under ACL)

A Return Authorisation (RA) number will be provided where required.

Faulty Products

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact our customer service team through the Bunnings Marketplace messaging system for assessment.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer, in line with Australian Consumer Law:

A replacement part
A replacement item
A repair
A refund

Please note that remedies will not be refused where the product has a genuine fault under Australian Consumer Law. However, issues caused by misuse, improper handling, or abnormal use may not be covered.
