Roomlane Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All items in stocks are despatched within 2-5 business days.
Please note that covid conditions have put a lot of demand and delays on courier services. For this reason, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are displayed at on our website.
We use multiple third party couriers as our delivery partners
We do not ship to Shipment to P.O. boxes
Orders on our website are shipped to addresses within Australia.
In case of multiple products on one order, individual products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery.
For safe delivery, we advise for someone to be there to receive the delivery and be able to sign for the goods. We will pass on your contact details and phone number to the delivery company and request them to contact you in advance on the estimated date and time of your delivery.

Roomlane will make best efforts to request the delivery company to contact you ahead of delivery, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if they do not make such a contact
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the logistics company will leave a missed delivery advice card in your letter box advising of the failed delivery. The goods will then be returned to their local depot and you will then need to make contact with the logistics company directly to arrange an appropriate time for a re-delivery.

Please check your order and inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods in case your goods are received as faulty or damaged by emailing us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to report any faulty or damaged products.
Please provide us with as much information as possible on the fault or damage. Include photographs indicating damage to the product including any damaged packaging received.
Upon receiving your request, we will contact our suppliers and liaise with them to resolve the matter as soon as possible We will replace the damaged or faulty item at no charge

Roomlane Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns

1. Roomlane will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Roomlane, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Roomlane within 30 days.
