Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email and provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence (such as photos of damages). We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
