Retail Appliance Parts is an online platform for all your required appliance spare parts, in which we operate Australia wide!

We stock a large range of spare parts for a variety of appliances including Ovens, Cooktops, Rangehoods, Fridge & Freezers, Dishwashers, Washing machines, Clothes Dryers and many more. Anything from everyday household appliance spare parts to commercial equipment spare parts, you can count on us to be able to supply you with the part!

Brands that we deal with include but are not limited to Electrolux, Westinghouse, Chef, Simpson, AEG, Ilve, Smeg, Omega, Blanco, Lofra, Baumatic, Technika, Artusi, Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, Bosch, Asko, Euro, and many more!

Retail Appliance Parts Shipping Policy

At Retail Appliance Parts we only send your orders through the most reputable courier companies. Depending on what part has been ordered, most of the time we will use Australia Post or Star Track. Our team will upload a unique tracking number for your order upon dispatch for your tracking reference.
Orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your location, however, please allow for delays due to unforeseen circumstances and/or peak periods.
We aim to have “In stock” items dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed.
In the event a ‘Special Order’ item is being ordered or a part has become “out of stock” after you have placed the order, we will usually have this dispatched within 10-15 days, however as we do often need to wait for these items to be imported from Europe, there may be some instances that are out of our control where supplier lead times fall outside of the 10–15-day window.

At Retail Appliance Parts, we offer a flat rate of $15.00 for Australia Post Standard Shipping.
In the event you would like to order multiple parts, please reach out to us directly so we can best calculate postage costs / alternative freight options.

Express Shipping:
For expedited services, please ensure you let us know by selecting the express freight option when you are finalising your order. We will generally dispatch via Australia Post or Star Track express which have a transit time of approx. 1-2 business days for the express service. (This is applicable for most Australian addresses, however there can be delays due to unforeseen circumstances and/or peak periods).

Location:
Items will be sent from our Sydney, NSW warehouse most of the time, except where the item being requested is a special order / on request item, it may then come from a 3rd party location.

Retail Appliance Parts Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective. The buyer is responsible for the compatibility of the product, please ensure your model is compatible with the listed product or part PRIOR to ordering.

We offer a 14-day 'Change of Mind' or 'Incorrect Purchase' return option on products that are unused, unopened and the tamper seal, if present, is not broken; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject these return requests as abided by Australian Consumer Law. A 25% restocking fee with a min charge of $10 + a Handling fee at our discretion may apply if we elect to approve a Change of Mind/Incorrect Purchase return that meets the above criteria. We are not able to resell an opened spare part due to the nature of quality control once someone has opened and tried to fit a part unsuitable for their unit. This is to ensure all customers are always provided with quality parts, undamaged and unused.

To make a warranty claim against any product with manufacturing defects, you must first contact us to request a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) form. Once approved, you must send the defective product with all original contents, accompanied by proof of purchase and the GRA form to the provided address. Products returned without an GRA number will be rejected. We cover the shipping cost for all valid warranty returns where a product has been assessed and confirmed as being faulty. You must ensure that the items are carefully packed in suitable packaging for safe transport to prevent damage during transportation. Insufficient packaging will result in the warranty being voided should any damage occur in transit. You will not incur any parts or labour costs associated with the repair. If the defective item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the account from where the payment was received. International customer refunds are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates, which we cannot govern nor compensate for.

Warranty does not cover:

- Damage to products or parts caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, use, operation or failure to follow instructions contained in the manual for the operation and use of the product, water, fire, electricity surges, spikes or overloads, vermin or other animals.

- Damage to products or parts caused by improper installation not in accordance with the installation instructions provided with the product or part.

- Damage to products or parts resulting from repair or attempted repair by a person who is not an authorised repairer of the manufacturer of the products or parts.

- Any products or parts where the serial number has been removed, modified or defaced.

- Damage resulting from electrical surges, spikes or overloads caused by another underlying issue

- Products or parts tested by us that are found to be not faulty or the described fault cannot be reproduced. In this case, we reserve the right to charge an assessment fee as well as a return shipping fee before the product or part can be returned to you.

- The replacement of parts necessary due to normal wear and tear.

- The costs of removal and return of the products or parts to us or an authorised repairer/service centre, including packaging and freight costs and the costs of re-installation of the product on return.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
