Reptile One Thermometer/Hygrometer (46616) Temperature range: Probe: -40oC - +70oC (-40oF - +158oF) Unit Sensor: -10oC - +50oC (+14oF - +122oF) Humidity Range: Indoor (unit sensor) 20% RH - 90% RH Adjustable temperature alarm In/Out switch changes temperature viewing options Alarm indicator briefly sounds and continuously flashes when the terrarium reaches a range outside the set parameters Waterproof probe allows you to check the water temperature Probe and external sensors allow you to check two temperature zones Setting the temperature alarm thresholds To set the temperature alarm, hold the SET button for 2 seconds. When SET Hi. appears, use the +/- buttons to set the high range, then press SET. When SET Lo. appears, use the +/- buttons to set the high range, then press SET to confirm. The alarm will sound, and the LED will flash when the High or Low temperature is exceeded. Pressing any button will silence the alarm. If the temperature is still outside the set range, the alarm will sound again in 1 hour. The indoor reading refers to the temperature measured by the sensor in the display unit. The humidity reading refers to the sensor in the display unit. If you require the humidity to be measured within the enclosure, the display unit must be located within the enclosure. The outdoor reading refers to the temperature measured by the probe. To switch between the two, use the In/Out switch.
