QUIETCUBES SHIPPING POLICY
At QuietCubes, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24 hours.

SHIPPING TIME
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, you can expect your QuietCubes pod to arrive within 6-8 WEEKS after order processing.

SHIPPING COSTS
We’re delighted to provide complimentary shipping on every order, ensuring that your purchase is delivered by our trusted partners and fully insured for your peace of mind.

ORDER TRACKING
After your pod has been manufactured and is ready for dispatch, we’ll provide you with tracking details and assign a dedicated agent to serve as your point of contact, guiding you through every step from order to delivery.

DELAYS
QuietCubes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Port Congestion or Customs Holdings.

QuietCubes Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

At Quiet Cubes, your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to review our Return and Refund Policy to ensure clarity on our practices regarding returns and refunds.
All of our booths are custom-made to order.
Returns are not offered on order that arrive late due to shipping delays.

Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee based on the original order cost. For example, a booth ordered at $10,000 will incur a $5,000 restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

For any refund the buyer must handle and pay for all shipping back to our factory. The unit must be in its original packaging. Nothing inside the crate may be opened.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a 50% item credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
