For any returns, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

• Your product was damaged during transit
• You wish to submit a warranty claim
• The product does not fit your vehicle
• You have changed your mind about your purchase
Returns Process
All returns must be arranged through our Customer Service Team.
Once you contact us, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return any items without prior approval, as this may result in the return not being accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition
A restocking fee (and/or further fee) will apply to:

Any items that have been opened or had installation attempted

Items that have been installed, used, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return
Return shipping and any applicable dispatch fees will be deducted from the refund amount
