Pay with points
This reward is available in-store Bunnings Warehouse stores. Reward available for Flybuys members who make a minimum transaction of $10, after savings and discounts in-store at Bunnings Warehouse. You must have a minimum of 2,000 Flybuys points in your Flybuys points balance to partake in this offer. Scan your Flybuys or linked Bunnings QR code at Bunnings Point of Sale checkout and Bunnings Self Checkouts and follow the prompts to redeem Flybuys points to get money off your shop each time you participate in this offer. The maximum money off shop available in one transaction is $200 off. Depending on your points balance and the value of the transaction, you can pay with points in the increments presented at the checkout. Every 2,000 points equates to $10 off your shop. The maximum dollars off shop that can be applied in one transaction shall be the lowest of: $200 off, the value of your transaction or the value of your Flybuys points balance. To be presented with redemption increment options, your Flybuys points balance must be greater than 4,000 points. Where you elect to take more than $100 off your shop, a redemption code is required. This must be successfully entered into the pin pad at checkout. Your redemption code is located in the ‘wallet’ section of your Flybuys app or when you log into your Flybuys account on the Flybuys website. If you can’t access your redemption code via the Flybuys app, check if your Flybuys app is up to date and update as required. Redemptions made without a Redemption Code are limited to one redemption per day (00:00 to 23:59) per Flybuys member. If criteria is met, you can redeem this offer as many times as you wish using the Redemption Code. Your Redemption Code is sensitive and should not be shared with anyone else. Cannot be used for any online or click and collect purchases, donations, sausage sizzles, installations, services (e.g. hire shop), delivery charges, in-store deliveries, Bunnings Marketplace purchases, PowerPass transactions or other trade purchases or purchases from Bunnings Warehouse New Zealand, Tool Kit Depot or Beaumont Tiles. You can opt out of receiving the prompts for this offer at checkout by ensuring that pay with points is not your selected option when you nominate your preferred reward in the home page of the Flybuys app. Flybuys points will be earned on your total eligible spend before you pay with points. Terms detailing how you can earn Flybuys points at Bunnings Warehouse can be found on the Flybuys website. You must pay any outstanding amounts owing after you have taken money off your shop. Flybuys points and Flybuys Dollars have no cash or monetary value. If a customer returns any items in accordance with Bunnings returns policy, the portion of Flybuys points that were redeemed to purchase that item will be refunded to the customer. How to use your points for a gift card online
1. Sign in to the Flybuys Rewards Store
Select ‘Gift Cards’, choose Bunnings and redeem your points for your gift card.
2. Select gift card amount
Select from either a $50 or $100 gift card.
3. Shop in-store
Use your gift card at any Bunnings store in Australia to get money off your shop.

How many Flybuys points do I earn at Bunnings?
When you spend $1 in-store or online, you can earn 1 Flybuys point on a wide range of products at Bunnings Warehouse, however there are some exceptions. Points are not awarded for gift card purchases, donations, services and delivery charges.
What if I don’t have a Bunnings account, and am using ‘guest check out'?
Unfortunately, Flybuys only works with Bunnings accounts when shopping online. If you don’t have a Bunnings account, we recommend signing up or visiting us in-store to scan your Flybuys card to ensure you earn points for the products you’re purchasing.
Can I earn Flybuys points when I shop online?
Yes, we’re pleased to share that customers can now earn points when shopping with a Bunnings account online.
Can I earn Flybuys points on Special Orders?
Yes, we’re pleased to share that customers can now earn points when purchasing Special Order products.
I made a purchase but forgot to scan my Flybuys card, can I still earn points?
Unfortunately, points cannot be earned retrospectively if a card is not scanned in-store or included in the online transaction process. We recommend you download the Flybuys app so that points can be earned both via the mobile app and the physical card.
Can I earn Flybuys points on Marketplace products?
Flybuys points can’t be earned on Marketplace products.
Can I earn Flybuys points on services?
Flybuys points can’t be earned on services such as hire shop, vehicle hire, delivery installation and assembly.
Can I earn Flybuys points at sausage sizzles?
Flybuys points can’t be earned on donations.
Where can I see my Flybuys points balance?
You can log into your account on the Flybuys website or download the Flybuys app and sign in.
Can I redeem Flybuys points at Bunnings?
You can use your earned Flybuys points to redeem Bunnings gift cards through the Flybuys portal, which can then be easily used in-store at any Bunnings location across Australia. To see how you redeem your Flybuys points please visit the Flybuys website and log into your account.
How can I earn 5x Flybuys points in-store with OnePass at Bunnings?
As a OnePass member, link your Flybuys account with OnePass via the OnePass website, then:
Some exclusions apply - the 5x Flybuys Points offer does not apply to Click & Delivery purchases, Marketplace purchases, gift card purchases, donations, sausage sizzles, services (e.g. hire shop) and delivery charges. Bunnings PowerPass account holders, plus commercial or trade purchases, are also not eligible.
You’ll see your points within 24 to 72 hours of your purchase.
Standard points and bonus points may not arrive together. If you have not received your Flybuys points 72 hours after purchase, please contact Flybuys on 13 11 16.
Flybuys members that are part of the same Flybuys account can also earn 5x Flybuys points if they scan when shopping in-store or checkout with their Flybuys number when shopping online via Click & Collect, provided one of the members has linked their Flybuys account to an active OnePass membership.
What happens to my Flybuys points if I return or cancel a purchase?
If a purchase is returned or cancelled, points accrued from your transaction will be deducted from your Flybuys balance within 24-72 hours.
Does my Flybuys account ever expire?
If you have registered your Flybuys account, you must earn or redeem points at least once every 12 months to keep your account open.
If you have a temporary Flybuys card that is not registered, your account will automatically expire three months from when you first scan your temporary card.

Can I redeem my Flybuys points at Bunnings Warehouse?
Yes – from 19 August 2025, customers in all Australian Bunnings stores can redeem Flybuys points for money off their shop when shopping in-store by presenting their:
- Flybuys card
- Flybuys app or Digital Wallet
- Bunnings app (linked to Flybuys)
How can I scan my Flybuys to redeem points in-store?
Link Flybuys to your Bunnings account for the easiest experience - this lets you scan the QR code in the Bunnings app at checkout. You can also scan your Flybuys using your physical card, the Flybuys Wallet in the Flybuys App, or by adding Flybuys to your Apple or Google Wallet. If needed, a clear photo of your Flybuys barcode can also be scanned at checkout.
Please note: scanning your OnePass barcode alone won’t allow you to redeem Flybuys points. To redeem points, make sure you also scan your Flybuys barcode during checkout.
How much can I redeem?
Redemptions will be offered in the following denominations: $10, $20, $50, $100 and up to a maximum of $200. The maximum redemption amount available will be whichever is lower: the Flybuys points balance or the value of the transaction.
What is the redemption code?
The Redemption Code is a one-time-use code generated by Flybuys within the Flybuys app (or website) for customers' security. If you have already used your one code-free redemption for the day, BPOS & BSCO will advise you to provide their Redemption Code. The Redemption Code is then keyed directly into the EFTPOS pin pad.
After you have used the Redemption Code, it will change.
You will need to ensure you have updated to the latest version of the app.
It's important to note that the Redemption Code is different from the Flybuys PIN if one has been set up for Flybuys Dollars.
Why would I need a redemption code?
The Redemption Code is only needed if you have used the one code-free redemption for the day, or if you want to redeem for more than $100. BPOS & BSCO will know when to ask for a Redemption Code, and when you still have your code-free redemption for the day.
Are there any exclusions to what I can redeem on?
Yes, there are some exclusions.
Redemptions are not available for any online or click and collect purchases, donations, sausage sizzles, installations, services (e.g. hire shop), delivery charges, in-store deliveries, Bunnings Marketplace purchases, PowerPass transactions or other trade purchases or purchases from Bunnings Warehouse New Zealand, Tool Kit Depot or Beaumont Tiles.

I don't have a Flybuys account. What do I need to do?
If you don't already have a Flybuys account, you'll need to create one before linking it to your Bunnings account.
Joining Flybuys is free and only takes a few minutes. Once you've created your Flybuys account, you can link it to your Bunnings account and start collecting Flybuys points on eligible purchases.

Why should I link my Flybuys to my Bunnings account?
Linking your Flybuys account to your Bunnings account helps make shopping easier and more rewarding. Benefits include:
- Faster checkout – no need to re-enter your Flybuys details every time you shop online.
- Never miss points – your account is ready to collect Flybuys points on eligible purchases.
- Personalised offers – receive more relevant Flybuys offers tailored to you.
- More visibility and value – once your Flybuys account is verified, you can view your Flybuys points balance on the Bunnings website and app.
How do I link my Flybuys account to Bunnings account?
You can link your Flybuys account to your Bunnings account by visiting the Flybuys section within your Bunnings Account Dashboard.
You can also link your Flybuys account from the Order Confirmation page after placing an online order.
If you link your Flybuys account within 24 hours of placing an eligible online order, Flybuys points will be applied to that purchase.
To link your Flybuys account:
1- Log in
Access your Bunnings account via the Bunnings website or app.
2- Go to Flybuys
Head to the Flybuys section in your Account Dashboard and select Link Flybuys account or Verify Flybuys account, depending on the status of your account.
3- Sign in to Flybuys
Sign in to your Flybuys account using your preferred sign-in method.
4- You're all set
Your Flybuys account will be linked to your Bunnings account, and your account status will show as Linked.
Why can't I see my Flybuys points balance even though my Flybuys account is linked?
If your Flybuys account status shows as Not Verified, you'll need to verify your Flybuys account before your Flybuys points balance can be displayed in the Bunnings website or app.
You'll continue to earn Flybuys points on eligible purchases in the meantime.
To verify your Flybuys account, navigate to the Flybuys section in your Bunnings Account Dashboard and select Verify Flybuys account.
What do the Flybuys account statuses mean?
You may see one of the following statuses in your Bunnings account:
- Linked – Your Flybuys account is linked and verified. You can view your Flybuys points balance in your Bunnings account.
- Not Verified – Your Flybuys account is linked but still needs to be verified. You'll continue to earn Flybuys points on eligible purchases; however, you won't be able to view your Flybuys points balance until verification is complete.
- Not Linked – No Flybuys account is linked to your Bunnings account.
Why am I receiving an error when I try to link or verify my Flybuys account?
A Flybuys account can only be linked and verified with one Bunnings account at a time.
If you're receiving an error, your Flybuys account may already be linked and verified with another Bunnings account.
If you have access to the other Bunnings account, you'll need to unlink your Flybuys account before linking it to a different Bunnings account.
If you no longer have access to the Bunnings account that is linked to your Flybuys account, please contact Bunnings Customer Support for assistance.

Can I still earn Flybuys points if my account is showing as "Not Verified"?
Yes. You'll continue to earn Flybuys points on eligible purchases as normal. However, you won't be able to view your Flybuys points balance in your Bunnings account until your account has been verified.

We have introduced a verification step to help keep your account secure and enable you to view your Flybuys points balance in your Bunnings account on the website and app.

Why is my Flybuys points balance different to my Flybuys account?
The Flybuys points balance displayed in the Bunnings website and app is not updated in real time and may differ from your current Flybuys account balance.
Recent points earned, redeemed or adjusted may take some time to be reflected. For the most up-to-date points balance, please check your Flybuys account directly.
I previously verified my Flybuys account. Why can't I see my Flybuys points balance anymore?
If it's been 12 months since you last signed in to your Flybuys account, your Flybuys account status will show as Not Verified until you sign in to Flybuys again.
To help keep your information private and secure, your Flybuys points balance is currently hidden. Once you've signed in and completed verification, you'll be able to view your points balance in your Bunnings account again.
You'll continue to earn Flybuys points on eligible purchases in the meantime.
I have a temporary Flybuys card. Can I still link my Flybuys account to my Bunnings account?
Yes. If you have a temporary Flybuys card, you'll first need to create a Flybuys account.
During the Flybuys sign-up process, select "I have a temporary card" and enter the member number and registration code found on your temporary card. Once your Flybuys account has been created, you can link it to your Bunnings account.
