Qmax Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery times. Please use the provided tracking number to track the delivery status of your order with the carrier.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available.

Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment.

We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee will not be refundable.
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund.

Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

Please note that it will be taking longer time to deliver during peak season such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day etc. Please allow extra 5-7 business days for delivery during those periods. To ensure your purchase is delivered on time, please make sure you place the order earlier.

Qmax Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Please contact our customer service team immediately if your product was damaged during transit or if you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased.

WARRANTY RETURNS The products that we sell come with 12-month return-to-base manufacturer warranty.
OUR RETURNS PROCESS Please follow this process to return a product to Qmax
1. Contact us via your order confirmation by selecting 'Contact Seller'. Provide the order and invoice numbers, product serial number and a description of the fault/return.
2. Our team will review your request and circumstances. Where a return is deemed appropriate, we will issue you an RA Number (Return Authorisation Number) and instructions for return.
3. Once an RA number has been issued to you, you must return the product as instructed by our team within 7 days.
4. Once we have received the product, it will be processed as per the Warranty Policy.
Please Note: You will be responsible for any return postage costs.
The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at the address supplied by our customer service team.
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur in transit.
You must make every effort to return an item in its original packaging, with all original accessories and documentation where possible.
The claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
We do not accept change of mind returns.
