Q-Assist 250kg Weight Rating Transfer Chair

The Q-Assist Transfer Chair is an assistive device designed for individuals with limited mobility and or strength, the elderly and those recovering from surgery or requiring bariatric care to safely transfer into the bath or shower. Designed to promote bathing independence and safety, the Q-Assist Transfer Chair can be used in both the bath and the shower. For a shower with a high shower hob, the Transfer Chair reduces the risk of falling and slipping by removing the need to step over the hob. For individuals who cannot safely step into a bath, the Transfer Chair allows them to sit and move across the Chair’s bench seat until they are safely within the bath. The Q-Assist Transfer Chair is also a safe chair on which to bathe in both the shower and bath, featuring a wide and comfortable seat, a back rest and hand rest. The Q-Assist Transfer Chair allows individuals who require more support while bathing to approach the day-to-day activity of bathing with confidence and as much independence as possible.
