At Priceworth Furniture we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase from Priceworth Furniture so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders are dispatched between 1 to 2 business days from our distribution centre and all our products covers 12 month manufacturer warranty. Please contact our customer service team for assistance under the following circumstances:
• If any goods arrived damaged, Priceworth Furniture will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
• If there is a warranty claim needs to be made for the products you have ordered from us.
Priceworth Furniture will also accept product returns when the product is not for its intended purpose where all returns must be coordinated through our Customer Service group. However unreasonable change of mind return will not be accepted. Kindly don't return or post the products before acquiring directions from us. When you return the product due to change of mind there applies freight fee and restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from your refund. This additionally applies to the orders cancelled when the product has already been dispatched from our distribution centre. To qualify for an exchange, your purchase must be returned within 7 days undamaged, unused and in their original condition.

Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
