Prestige Coffee Shipping Policy

Australia Wide\n\nWe offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1000. For all orders under $1000, shipping is calculated at checkout.\n\nAll orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Torrensville, South Australia.\nOrders are dispatched within 24 business hours and on average orders can take 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location.\n\nOccasionally we will arrange to have your order shipped directly to you from our supplier.

Prestige Coffee Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted and a result of an item not being as described, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is due to a change of mind or the incorrect purchase of an item, the purchaser will be required to pay return shipping costs. The item must be unused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
