For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Customers can return an item within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unopened, and be in its original packaging with no marks / scratches / damage of any kind. Please contact us for before returning any item. Customer pays for return postage.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on microphones and earphones due to health and safety regulations.
If you believe your item is faulty, please provide photos / video and a brief explanation of the problem. If deemed faulty, we will provide a return label for the item to be sent back. Once received, our technician will inspect it and a replacement or refund will be offered.
