Pope products carry Toro Australia’s guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. These products are tested to meet the rigours of the Australian and New Zealand environments – some of the harshest in the world. Toro’s obligation under this guarantee is limited to the replacement of the product at Toro’s discretion for the period stated from the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, cease using the product and return it, together with your proof of purchase and an explanation of the fault to the store you purchased it from. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note that Pope and Toro hose packaging currently states a limited guarantee on fittings, generally a shorter period than displayed on the packaging for the hose. Toro Australia (Pope) will honour all legitimate warranty claims on the fittings and hose in line with the guarantee stated in bold on the front of the packaging.
