Juggling the delights of family life with the demands of running a business, founder Jonathan Schaffer knows a thing or two about keeping little minds occupied.

Playgrounds aren’t what they used to be yet activity play is so vital to a healthy and happy start in life.

From launching our first toy 25 years ago to now, it’s been quite a journey but I like to think we’ve picked up a few learnings on the way. We’re passionate about designing and manufacturing toys that look great, are super safe and have that all-important fun factor!”

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, but may take longer for rural/remote areas or during peak times (Oct-Dec).

Bulky Items: Plum Play products are large and may not always be delivered to your door. Carriers may leave them in an accessible area if delivering to certain locations like apartments.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS (Birthdays/Christmas)

Please order well in advance as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Items are not gift-wrapped, and children may see them upon delivery.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Due to the size of our items, orders may arrive in separate shipments. Only sign for the items delivered. If any items are missing, wait a few days before contacting us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your delivery is damaged, accept it, note the damage on the delivery docket, and email us with photos. Damaged packaging doesn't always mean the product inside is damaged. Check first before contacting us.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes after dispatch may incur fees and are not guaranteed, especially from Oct-Dec. Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Our carriers have authority to leave parcels without a signature. A photo may be taken upon delivery.

PEAK PERIOD (Nov-Dec)

Place Christmas orders early as shipping demand during Black Friday/Cyber Monday causes delays.

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, are damaged or defective or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you need to follow the returns policy.

Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Plum Play. Please ensure that our offices are notified as soon as you become aware of any shortages or defects in the delivery.

Please contact our customer service team should you notice any issues or defects with your product, our team will deal with each case based on its merits and depending on the circumstances will either offer to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in a fully re-saleable condition. Products should be returned within 28 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts, accessories and instructions.

Plum Play reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.

Plum Play also reserves the right to charge your delivery fee for collecting goods from your premises, including an additional $13 fee for all collections in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order or changed your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses OR Parcel Lockers. In the event a PO Box/Parcel Locker address is provided, our Customer Service team will contact you and request an alternative address which may result in delays with shipping your order.
