We ship Australia wide. Orders are shipped with Australia Post within one business day from confirmation of payment. Most orders are dispatched same day if purchased before 2pm.\n\nStandard shipments are between 2-9 days depending on your location ***Please note these times are estimation in normal business conditions and there may be delays beyond our control***\n\nInsurance\nWe insure all shipments. Should your shipment be lost in transit we will replace or refund the order.\n\nAll our shipments require signature by default to prevent packages left unattended. Should you miss delivery Australia Post will leave in the nearest post office. We provide tracking for all shipments. Please make sure you monitor tracking for delivery status. \n\nAuthority to Leave\nIf you wish to provide Authority to Leave please advise prior shipment with note in the order or send us a message Prior shipment. PhotoGear Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Change of Mind Return We have a 30-day Change of Mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsealed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For Change of Mind returns buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately via your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist. If replacement or return is required we will provide pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to send. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 days of approval. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
