PetPA Shipping Policy

We exclusively use preferred shipping carrier Australia Post for all of our retail orders. We charged a flat fee for shipping of $6.99

We have made this decision based on feedback we received from our customers. Australia Post is one of the most reliable services to deliver anywhere in the country and, like us, they are focused on providing the best service to their customers.

Yes, we post to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes through Australia Post. Fill out your Parcel Locker or PO Box number as usual at the checkout screen.

What are the delivery time frames?

For an update on estimated parcel delivery times with Australia Post, please visit the Australia Post website. Select the dropdown option for your state, for example \From New South Wales\ if you're located in Sydney, noting the delivery time \From Queensland\ (our local Australia Post distribution centre is on the Gold Coast in Queensland).

PetPA Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

At PetPA, we are committed to providing quality products to pet owners and their pets.

If any product you purchase from PetPA is found to be defective, or it does not meet your needs (subject to certain exceptions listed below), PetPA will happily replace the product, or offer you a refund. Products cannot be refunded whilst in transit to the customer.


Returns terms and conditions

There are certain products that cannot be returned due to a change of mind. These products are listed below.

If you change your mind about any other product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 14 days of purchase (from the date you received the product) and we will happily refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and the product is re-saleable (as determined by PetPA in its absolute discretion).

Products that cannot be returned to PetPA if you change your mind include:

Pet food
Perishable products
Products that need to be stored at air-conditioned temperatures (under 25 degrees celsius)
Products that are not in original condition or are not resaleable (e.g. used or packaging opened)
Products that are marked on our website as "non-returnable".
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.

Returns of prescription medication

By law, prescription medications cannot be re-sold after they have left the pharmacy premises. As such, refunds are not available for unused medicines once they have been supplied by the pharmacist and dispatched, regardless of whether the item has been opened or not. Please take this into consideration when deciding on the quantity of medication to order, as orders of medication cannot be cancelled once they have been supplied by the pharmacist and dispatched.


Damaged or faulty products

If you received a damaged shipment or faulty product, please email photos of the damaged or faulty product within 7 days of receipt . Please include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


How do I return a product?

Please note the process outlined above if you wish to return a product because it is damaged or faulty.

For all other returns, please email within 14 days of purchase (from the date you received the product) with your name, contact details, invoice number, product details and reason for return.

If you require further assistance, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to PetPA will be borne by you.

Refunds will generally be provided in the same form as your original payment.
