For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Returns:
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please send us images of the issue within 30 days of purchase. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund. (Note: If the wrong order was placed by the buyer, it falls under our Change of Mind Returns policy.)
When returning an item, keep it in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Failure to follow our item condition policy may result in a denied refund.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know.
Most products come with a 14-day change of mind policy. If, within 14 days from the purchase date, you’re not fully happy with your order, contact us through your Bunnings Account for return approval. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange an agreed resolution.
Please Note:
Return postage is paid by the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
We are not responsible for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracked and/or insured delivery.
