If you're located in a remote or hard-to-reach area, we may contact you to discuss shipping options or costs, as some locations can require longer shipping times or additional charges.

We recommend that you provide a physical address for the best possible delivery experience. While we can ship to PO Boxes, please note that some larger items may require a physical address for delivery.

Where the shipping cost estimate on the order are lower than the actual shipping cost, Partenope Fitness reserve the right of contacting the client quoting the real shipping cost. Buyer can accept to pay the difference or having full refund of the order.
