Oz Fishing Store Shipping Policy

We use variety of carriers depends on customer location and all parcels are sent with a tracking number for piece of mind.

Bulky items and fishing rods over 1050mm are sent via a courier service*.
*Motors, fishing rods over 1050mm and bulky parcels cannot be sent to a PO Box or office building due to the package size. Recipient must be present to sign for the consignment. Some postcodes may not be covered by our courier company

Please note: As we use Australia Post to deliver most of our parcels, Australia Post will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Post Office. However courier selection will decided by seller only and customer is not able to choose the courier.



You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from the Post Office. Please ensure your address details are correct as Oz Fishing Store will not be responsible or liable for redelivery costs.


Oz Fishing Store strongly recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, to minimize the chance of any redelivery, delays and/or fees.



Delivery Time Frames

Most of our parcels arrive within 72 hours. We use a Australia Post e-parcel with delivery times of between 2 - 10 business days, depending on your delivery location. Australia Post deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.



Delivery to a PO Box/post office

Yes we deliver to all Australian Post office boxes. With the exception of motors, bulky items and fishing rods over 1050mm in length. We are happy to deliver to an alternate work address if this would suit. Please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Oz Fishing Store Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns provided that:

• The return request is lodged within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
• The packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• Any attached labels remain attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Occasionally, products may be damaged in transit, arrive with missing parts, be incorrect, or not function as intended. If this occurs, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We may request photographs or additional information to assist with assessing the issue.

Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Where a return is required for a valid Australian Consumer Law claim, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please contact us first so that we can provide return instructions or arrange a reply-paid return label where applicable.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
