Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns provided that:
• The return request is lodged within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
• The packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• Any attached labels remain attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Occasionally, products may be damaged in transit, arrive with missing parts, be incorrect, or not function as intended. If this occurs, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We may request photographs or additional information to assist with assessing the issue.
Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Where a return is required for a valid Australian Consumer Law claim, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please contact us first so that we can provide return instructions or arrange a reply-paid return label where applicable.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
