Bunnings has a huge range of products and there is even more choice available from our Special Orders team. If our suppliers stock a product, we can usually get it. With access to thousands of products, the possibilities are endless.
Our Special Orders team can order in products to help with your home improvement project. If it is spare or replacement parts you are after, we also have a dedicated Spare Parts team that can track down the part you need and order it for you.
Where to find Special Orders
Special Order products can be found and purchased online through the Bunnings website and also in-store. Every one of our stores has a Special Orders desk; look for the blue desk in-store and talk to one of our dedicated team members.
How to Order
Search the Bunnings website or head in-store for more inspiration from our Special Order brochures and product displays. Otherwise simply ask a team member for assistance with your selection.
Once you've chosen your products, you can either purchase them online or in-store. Any product that has the blue Special Orders icon and order online tick can be purchased online. For other Special Order products you can submit your order with the Special Orders desk in-store or call your nearest Bunnings store.
When placing your order you can choose to pick up your products in-store or have them delivered. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up or delivery. For specific lead time information check the product page.
