Installation on compatible products includes:
• Installation and delivery of a Dux Hot Water System
• Disconnection of existing Hot Water System
• Installation by a licensed plumber. All installs are completed by fully licensed and accredited plumbers, backed by Dux.
Same Day and Weekend Installation can be arranged in some locations. Same Day & Weekend Installation must be booked prior to 11am and is applicable for like for like replacement installations.
Hot Water Installation is available at selected stores and all installation are subject to the availability of the installer and the hot water system required.

Delayed payment is available for this installation service. You are able to pay for your Hot Water System and installation directly to the plumber before your Hot Water System is installed.
Zip and Open pay can be used when purchasing your new hot water unit and installation. To use these payments please organise your installation in store at the Special Orders Desk of your nearest Bunnings Warehouse.
Be aware that extra costs may be incurred on the day of installation based on your individual installation requirements and ensuring the hot water system is compliant with all regulations. Not all extras can be pre-purchased, as the installer must attend the site before the exact requirements can be determined. The installer will explain the reasons for the requirement/s before proceeding.
Any extras not pre-purchased but are required as per the installer recommendations, will be payable to the installer on the day, prior to the installation taking place.
What does ‘Like for Like’ installation mean?
‘Like for Like’ installation is where the system being replaced, and the new system being installed are of the same type, with no change to the location, size or energy supply of the unit.
How quickly can I have my Hot Water System installed?
Like for like replacement Hot Water System installs are available for Same Day and Weekend Installations if organised before 11am.
Installations where a hot water system differs from the original system or is being relocated are not available for Same Day Installation due to a larger installation process.

Can I change the location of my hot water system?
In most cases, a Hot Water System can be relocated to a new location. Installation pricing will be based on your individual installation requirements.

Bunnings Dux Hot Water Installation Service can only be used with compatible Dux products, as shown in-store or online, purchased from Bunnings.
Installation is not available in all locations and are subject to the availability of the installer and the hot water system required. Installation is available for residential properties only. Installation not available on public holidays.
Same Day & Weekend Installation must be booked prior to 11am and is applicable for like for like replacement installations, subject to availability.
Excess travel is charged when the customers home is further than 35km from the nearest store.
Solar Hot Water Installations are not available in Victoria.
