Founded in 2024, Oraléy was on a mission to make high quality electric toothbrushes and affordable oral care accessible to everyone.

Like many Australians, we were frustrated with the high cost of replacement brush heads from big brand manufacturers. Leading brands often dominate the market at a price that doesn’t reflect real value, so we set out to create a better alternative.

Oraléy delivers a premium sonic clean, designed for all users with multiple modes, a value packed 8 brush heads, and a travel case, all without the premium price tag.

Oraley Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
We only list products that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
We offer Authority to Leave (ATL) for deliveries.
•\tOnce a parcel has been delivered under ATL, responsibility transfers to the customer

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Oraley Return Policy

At Oraléy, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
• A replacement, refund or repair depending on the nature of the fault.
• Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following remedies in line with Australian Consumer Law:
• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund
We may request photos or further information to assess the issue.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase is required

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
