Omotenashi Tachibana Set of 2 Donburi Bowls & Chopsticks

This traditional donburi bowl features a rich, aizome-indigo pattern inspired by the ‘Tachibana’ – a citrus fruit that gows wild across the forests of Japan, across the outer, matched with a similar trim around the mouth of the bowl, and the base features a rich, russet trim at the base, both offsetting the bowl from a table setting and protecting the porcelein surface. This size is best for shared side-dishes, or as a place setting for one.
