For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order with a 30% Restocking fee.
If you ordered an item incorrectly or changed your mind, we will accept the unopened, unused product and credit your online account less the original shipping cost that was incurred by us to deliver the product to you.
A re-stocking fee of up to 30% will apply
We simply ask that once approved and provided with an RA number, you return the item, unopened, un-damaged, in its original packaging & that you pay the freight to return the product to our head office
The following items can not be returned due to change of mind: Food & beverages, electronics, software, gift cards, assembled/installed furniture, large volume specialty products, business reward items, instant reward items, specially priced quoted orders. “special order” items are not returnable.
Damage Claims or Shortages, Incorrectly Supplied Item
Any claims for damage and/or shortages need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
