All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery varies by locations, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:
- Metro: 1-3 business days
- Regional: 3-6 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside your control.

Small items can be delivered to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Office Toner Return Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY:
There is a 30 day cooling off period for change of mind on new and unused items only. Buyer will be responsible for the return cost and original shipping cost of the item. Please contact us via your Bunnings Account for return approval.
Please Note:
- All unwanted items must be unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition with no writing, labels or sticky tape on package boxes otherwise the request may be rejected
- Postage is paid by the customer
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty, broken or not as described, depending on the problem, you may have the right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
