Naturexplore Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer and the amount will be calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost in transit, the total cost of the item including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Seller will not be responsible if items are damaged in transit. Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the services or materials it provides to Buyer are not lost, damaged or destroyed.

Naturexplore Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We do not accept returns of items that are damaged, assembled, or altered in any way.

Exclusions:
Clearance items and custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return Costs:
For change-of-mind returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will only be covered by Naturexplore if the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping (Faulty Items):
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Return Process:
All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us to obtain return instructions before sending any items back.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval, typically within 2 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

Order Cancellation:
To ensure fast delivery, we use premium prepaid courier services. Once an order status is marked as “Packed”, the parcel has already been handed over to the courier and shipping costs have been incurred. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
If the order status is “In Transit”, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
