Once payment for your order is received, products in stock are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. It can take up to 8-14 days at certain times to be received by the customer due to delays beyond our control. Shipping time can however vary depending on the manufacturer or distributor and the popularity of the item.
Please note that the freight company will only deliver to your front door, and not inside your house. In the event that the driver is willing to help you bring the items inside, any damages that occurred is the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery to apartments will only be to the ground floor only, it is the responsibility of the buyer to organize and take the items up.
You are responsible to note the size and dimensions of the furniture to ensure that it will fit, not only in the designated room, but also the hallways, doorways, stairwells, etc.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days from the day the product got delivered. Please note once delivered, postage charge will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible to return the item back to us, or pay for the postage for us to organise the return.
We will cover all costs for damage in transit, manufacturer faulty or damage in warranty.
