**All returns must be approved before sending back to us or to the Bunnings stores**
Please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it.
-Your item must be in an original packaging.
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued by us and must clearly include the following: RAN number, Invoice / Order Number Reference, Contact Name, Phone Number, Explanation of the problem.
-We will provide you with the instructions for the return after your return request is approved.
-We endeavour to expedite all approved refunds next business day after 14 days receiving the order.
