Shipping prices & policies
We offer free shipping on ThermoPro range of items. For our Really Useful Boxes range, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Delivery timescale
We use Australia Post for shipments and goods are shipped with tracking numbers.
We dispatch between 1-3 business days after receiving an order. Following dispatch, an order may take a further 2-5 business days to reach the customer.
You understand that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
Australia Post timeframes from our warehouse are generally as follows:

Amending or cancelling an order
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any amendments to orders once they have been placed.
Cancelling an order before it is shipped
If you decide you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
There is no charge or penalty for cancelling your order prior to despatch.
Cancelling an order after it is shipped
If you decide you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must contact us within 7 working days following the delivery of the order. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
Please note that after an order has been shipped you will not be refunded any shipping fees.
We will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.
Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for cancelling your order after despatch, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning items to us unless they were defective or you received the wrong items (as detailed in our Returns & Refunds policy).
