As a Gold Coast family, we love staying active outdoors, but we were tired of the mess that kept coming back inside. In 2017, I created muk mat after struggling to find a solution for the constant sand and grit being tracked indoors. Muk mat isn’t your average doormat. I designed it using only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, and it has since helped tens of thousands of Australians keep their homes clean while enjoying the outdoors. My mission with muk mat is simple: to inspire everyone to embrace the great outdoors without the hassle of bringing the muk indoors. Muk Mat Shipping Policy

muk mats are delivered by Australia Post or a courier service, within Australia and New Zealand.\nWe aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, if not same day.\n\nAUSTRALIA\n\nFREE Standard on orders over $150\nOtherwise, flat-fee $15\nExpress delivery is available for $20 but only available to QLD & NSW\n\nDamaged or lost orders should be resolved directly with Australia Post or courier company and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of mukmat.\n\nWe ship to the address you provide when you order. Muk Mat Return Policy

We want you to love and use your muk mat! We happily offer 30 day exchanges (from date of purchase). Please email hello@mukmat.com for all exchange enquiries. 1. SIZE OR COLOUR EXCHANGE If your mat has arrived and the size, fit or colour isn’t quite right, you can return your mat to exchange for a different product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for an exchange, your muk mat must be in unused, as new condition. muk mat must also be able to verify your proof of purchase through the muk mat store. 2. CHANGE OF MIND muk mat does not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your mats carefully and ensure you have your size and colours correct. Please see product descriptions for all dimensions. For caravan step mats, please be aware that not all step dimensions will be the same. We are unable to advise on caravan step dimensions and recommend you measure your steps and order when you have your caravan delivered. 3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY MATS If your mat has arrived and is faulty or damaged, please reach out within 30 days of order purchase so we can make this right for you. muk mat will cover the cost of all shipping. Photo evidence of default must be supplied in your request for replacement, along with muk mat being able to verify your proof of purchase. 4. FINAL SALE ITEMS All sales are final, no returns or exchanges (unless faulty) and no further discounts apply to final sale stock. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY muk mats proudly come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. This relates to product defaults only, not wear and tear or misuse. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please email images and description of issue along with proof of purchase to hello@mukmat.com. Purchased your muk mat through one of our proud stockists? Never fear! Simply contact your store of purchase who will be able to assist you. Please have your proof of purchase ready along with photos of the issue. Please be aware of the following care instructions on the website when purchasing: *damage can occur when step mats are placed in close proximity to reflected heat sources such as checker plate aluminum. While the material is developed to withstand direct sunlight, radiated heat is much more intense. It’s quite clear that checkerplate can magnify heat and when it focuses it on a particular section of the mat, it can cause fiber damage. Although not aesthetically pleasing, this doesn’t affect the functionality of the mat and is not deemed to be a fault. DELIVERY FAILURE It is important that you verify your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. If we and our delivery partner have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery and handling fees incurred by us. WRONG ITEM DELIVERED If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. muk mat will send you the correct item at no additional cost and cover the cost of returning the item incorrectly shipped to you. OUR RIGHTS We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care. VARIATIONS We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
