The square target pad features a dual looped strap to insert your arms through. It has a plastic tubed handle on the rear and on the top of the shield that makes it a great medium-sized target to also absorb upper leg kicks. Using a high-density closed-cell foam inside the pad ensures that the strongest leg kicks can be absorbed minimising any potential injuries for trainers and coaches.
