The ball and straps are included, but floor and ceiling fixing points are not. You'll need a secure anchor at each end, such as a Multi Purpose Anchor Point or a Rope Anchor, fixed into solid structure. How tight should the straps be? Start with moderate tension and the ball at chin to eye height. More tension gives a faster rebound for speed work, less tension gives a slower return that's easier for beginners.
