Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to Mooi Living products purchased through the Bunnings Marketplace.
Change of Mind Returns
Mooi Living Australia Pty Ltd may accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the date the product is received, at our sole discretion, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unfilled and unopened
The item remains in its original packaging
The item is in saleable condition suitable for resale
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, unfolded, filled with beans, used, or show signs of wear including pet hair, odours or damage.
Please note our bean bags are covers only and do not include filling.
Due to differences in lighting and screen displays, colours may vary slightly from product images.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact Mooi Living via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email before returning the product.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Mooi Living will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
How to Return an Item
To request a return within the 30-day return period, please contact Mooi Living via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unfilled
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resaleable condition
- Include proof of purchase

We recommend using tracked shipping, as Mooi Living cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
If original packaging is not returned or is unusable, a $20 repacking fee may apply.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping costs.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange for a different product, we recommend sending the original item back for a refund and purchasing the item you would prefer.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
