Mooi Living opened its online doors in 2017, as small humble family business. We've since grown to be one of Australia's leading suppliers of stylish and incredibly comfortable indoor bean bag chairs, loungers & beds.

Our designs have been made with the whole family in mind, and we have bean bag chairs & loungers for the whole family. Providing the perfect blend of sophistication, style and comfort.

Shipping & Delivery

Next Day Dispatch
Mooi Living pick, pack and process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand and sale periods.

Next day dispatch applies to products in stock. Orders received and processed by us before 2pm each business day will be dispatched on the following business day for next day dispatch items and delivered on average within 1-7 business days.

Certain areas may take longer for delivery depending on your location. Orders received and processed by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched on the following Monday for next day dispatch items.

Please note, our warehouse is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

Freight Suppliers

*Please note, freight services are outsourced to a third-party supplier. We deliver through either Australia Post or Aramex depending on the cost of shipping – the choice is at our sole discretion.

Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipping
*Please note, freight services are outsourced to a third-party supplier.

Once your products have left our warehouse, they are in the control of Australia Post or Aramex.

In the event of delayed or missing parcels, we will do our best to assist you in finding your package by corresponding with our freight partners, please allow us sometime to investigate the situation.

We cannot offer a refund on a product that we have already sent out, until our freight partners deem it lost and we can make a claim.

Additionally: The above timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays may occur beyond our control.

Mooi Living is not responsible for any transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors.

While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

In the event an item is lost or damaged we request you contact Mooi Living via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email outlining your concern for Mooi Living to determine the best course of action. Mooi Living is not liable for products lost or damaged in shipment by the Courier provider.

Please notify Mooi Living via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email for action to take place however any claims should be addressed to the courier provider.

Mooi Living charges a flat rate for Aramex Couriers on all purchases, which is based on an average across Australia. Australia Post postage is calculated at checkout and in cart.

Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to Mooi Living products purchased through the Bunnings Marketplace.

Change of Mind Returns
Mooi Living Australia Pty Ltd may accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the date the product is received, at our sole discretion, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unfilled and unopened

The item remains in its original packaging

The item is in saleable condition suitable for resale

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, unfolded, filled with beans, used, or show signs of wear including pet hair, odours or damage.

Please note our bean bags are covers only and do not include filling.

Due to differences in lighting and screen displays, colours may vary slightly from product images.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact Mooi Living via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email before returning the product.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Mooi Living will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

How to Return an Item
To request a return within the 30-day return period, please contact Mooi Living via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Returned items must:

- Be unused and unfilled

- Be in original packaging

- Be in resaleable condition

- Include proof of purchase

We recommend using tracked shipping, as Mooi Living cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If original packaging is not returned or is unusable, a $20 repacking fee may apply.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping costs.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange for a different product, we recommend sending the original item back for a refund and purchasing the item you would prefer.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
