BREAKAGE OR INCORRECT ORDER
We do our best to make sure all products are checked and boxes well packed in order to make it safely to their new home. If any breakage or damage do occur be assured our local customer service team will be on hand to provide the solution that best fits your needs. Please send photos /images via ethe contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email of damaged product within 3 days of receiving product to allow us investigate and assist as soon as possible.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Domestic)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used, damaged packaging products shall not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
MITA KITCHENWARE reserves the right to refuse a refund due to no fault, if you change your mind for orders delivered. All faulty products will receive free delivery using an eParcel within Australia only. Postage costs will be the responsibility of customer outside of Australia.
NOTE RETURN DOES NOT MEAN REFUND IT MAY MEAN EXCHANGE. IT WILL BE ASSESSED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
