Delivery Information
Orders are generally dispatched from our distribution centres, which are located Australia wide, within 1 business day after full payment is received.
After dispatching to our couriers, the estimated delivery time frame is as below:
In Victoria: approximately 2-5 working days
In NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: approximately 2-5 working days
In WA, NT and TAS: approximately 5-10working days
Our delivery services include:
Dispatch notification sent to Email or SMS
Tracking link provided
Delivery to ground floor entrance
All our delivery charges do not include any assembly service, packaging removal and disposal
Important Note:
We can not guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
Our carriers are unable to call prior to delivery
All deliveries are only made during business hours from Mon - Fri (public holidays excepted)
Orders with multiple items may have multiple deliveries from different carriers since they may be sent from different warehouse locations
Undeliverable Packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to our distribution centres, we will contact you via email
Inaccurate address
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, we will promptly inform you. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Regular post: If a low priced item states it was sent by regular Australia post mail and not courier, then you accept this delivery time may take up to 3 weeks and is unable to track and we cannot offer returns or refunds on supposed lost items.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
The expected time delivery given is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 2-3 weeks, please contact us.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
1. Miles Kay Australia will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Miles Kay Australia, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Miles Kay Australia within 30 days.
