Delivery Instructions And Time Frames
Michu offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia including Tasmania. At this time we do not deliver internationally. Orders will take between 2 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on your destination and shipping method.
Express Shipping option is only applied on orders over $129, which will only take 2-3 working days to arrive in metro postcodes and 3-5 working days in regional areas in Australia.
Please note that our couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Michu use courier services to ship your order and therefore you must supply a street address as PO boxes are unable to be delivered to. As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm. During your checkout process there will be a special delivery instructions comment box if you have any special requests. Please note: not all requests will be able to be made, however we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order they will typically leave a note or calling card. This calling card usually contains the details needed to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. The courier will attempt to deliver your order two times however if for any reason you do not contact them and/ or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Michu online orders will take from 2 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on destination and shipping method. Strandrad Metro orders are usually received within five working days and up to ten days for regional and rural areas.Express orders are usually received within two working days and up to five days for regional and rural areas. Delivery times may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays, as such receipt of orders may be extended by up to 21 days.
Michu will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

We extend a return window of 14 days from the date of your purchase. Should this period elapse, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange for your item.

For a return to be viable, the product should remain unused and in the same impeccable condition as when you initially received it. Moreover, it should be packaged in its original form. 

Kindly note that certain merchandise is ineligible for return. This includes perishable goods and consumables like cat food, cat grass, cat fountain filter, as well as cat litter, which cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, we are unable to process returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Note:

All clearance items are not eligible for return or warranty. 

Furthermore, the following items are also non-returnable:

-Gift cards

-Downloadable software products

-Select health and personal care items

In order to facilitate your return process, please ensure you provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly request that you refrain from directing your return to the manufacturer.

Occasionally, partial refunds may be granted in specific situations (where applicable):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.

Returns made more than 30 days following the date of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the safe arrival of your return. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or denial of your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be processed, with the credited amount reflecting on your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Should a refund be outstanding, kindly verify your bank account once more. If necessary, you may also wish to contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially processed. Similarly, contacting your bank is advised, given the usual processing period for refunds. Should all these steps be exhausted and the refund remains outstanding, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Please be advised that exclusively regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be accommodated for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable): We solely facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged items. Should you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Regrettably, shipping costs are non-refundable. Consequently, in the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For items valued over $129,it is recommended to consider utilizing a traceable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
