Established in Melbourne, Australia 02 Madd Gear – MGP Action Sports was inspired by the vision of bringing Australia’s outdoor culture to the world. With a focus on wheeled goods MGP was and still is instrumental in developing the “Pro Scooter” category which has since evolved into a multi-million-dollar industry. MGP has always been at the forefront of bringing design, quality and affordability to everyday kids. “This has been our focus from the outset and will always be an integral part of our DNA”. Our portfolio of product extends from 18 months to as old as you feel but every product is designed and built with the same passion and attention to detail. As the market evolves and trends come and go, we will continue to push the boundaries and strive to better what has come before.

As part of our commitment we have invested in both Pro and Flow Riders who have developed the Sport beyond what many thoughts was possible. These Athletes come from all over the world and share a passion for pushing the limits which knows no bounds. Our rider history reads as a scootering hall of fame for which every single one has contributed to the inspiration of many. These and so many others like them are at the core of action sports progression and with them the future looks amazing.

MGP is all about giving back and each office regularly contributes to local charities, events and sponsorship. We prefer to give where we know it will have a direct impact which in many cases is outside of our industry. Helping those less fortunate is part of the obligation you have when successful and is a very important part of who we are.

MG Distributors Australia Pty Ltd Shipping Policy

If an order is received on the any business day before 12pm AEST, then it is processed/dispatched same day. After 12pm - orders are processed the following business day. Depending on your location, goods usually take between 2-7days. Please note that seasonality and peak holiday times can impact this.

Your parcel will come adequately packed for transit and in its very own labelled box.

We use StarTrack and AUS Post – we ask that you include your email and mobile details at checkout so you can receive tracking updates.

If a customer is not home when the package arrives, by ticking the box for 'authority to leave' the goods will be left in a safe place if it's okay to do so. If not, the goods won't be delivered and a card will be left explaining where to pick them up from. Examples of properties that may not have a good place to leave the parcel include addresses with high foot traffic, apartments that aren't accessible and locations with pets or not protection from the weather.

Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
If you wish to return a product for this reason, please note the following:

- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Exclusions: Products that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
- Process: Contact us through the Bunnings Marketplace messaging system to initiate a return.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
- Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable fees. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.
For hygiene reasons, some products may not be returned under this policy such as helmets, or safety equipment etc

Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged:

- Notification: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing details and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
- Shipping: If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs.

Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item:

- Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- Resolution: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order:

- Timing: Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Dispatched Orders: If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the Change of Mind Returns process outlined above.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
