You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note: Returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Eligibility for Returns for Homewares
To be eligible, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged through misuse will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Meen Tribe will cover the return postage.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or incorrect selection
Perishable goods (e.g., food, chocolates)
Custom or personalised items
Personal care items (e.g., candles, bath products, soaps)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the approved item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days or
A store credit may be issued (where applicable)
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations for Home Furniture
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability.
No goods should be returned without prior authorisation.
Cancellation requests made before dispatch may incur a small handling or restocking fee.
Clearance & Sale Items
All sale, clearance, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a limited warranty of 3–12 months for residential use, depending on the item. For furniture, this warranty applies to structural integrity and manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, variations in natural materials, or damage caused by improper care, use, or handling.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meen Tribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability is limited to one of the following, at our discretion:
Repair or replacement of the item, or
Refund up to the original purchase price of the item.
Quality Note
Many of our products are handcrafted or made from natural materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered defects and add to the unique charm of each Meen Tribe piece.
