Homewares and Hampers

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: We currently deliver only to metro and regional areas. Orders to remote postcodes may in some cases be cancelled and refunded.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Orders are shipped via courier service and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Home Furniture

At Meen Tribe, we curate handcrafted furniture, homewares, and gifts made with care using traditional techniques and natural materials.

Each piece is unique — variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish are part of its natural beauty and are not considered faults. Small irregularities or surface marks reflect the handmade nature and individuality of each item. For our handcrafted furniture, these variations are inherent to natural materials and not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout before dispatch. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide through trusted courier partners, depending on your order size and location.

Dispatch Timeframes:

Regular parcels / homewares: Dispatched within 2 business days.
Bulky items or furniture: Dispatched within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified promptly.
Delivery times vary by state and region. All deliveries are to the ground floor or front door only, unless special arrangements are made.

For furniture and bulky items, delivery is to the ground floor or front door only. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery.

If you provide Authority to Leave (ATL), please note that once the parcel is delivered to the specified location, Meen Tribe and our carriers are not responsible for any loss or damage.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability.
No goods should be returned without prior authorization.
Cancellation requests made before dispatch may incur a small handling or restocking fee.

Clearance & Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited warranty of 3–12 months for residential use, depending on the item. For furniture, this warranty applies to structural integrity and manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, variations in natural materials, or damage caused by improper care, use, or handling.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meen Tribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability is limited to one of the following, at our discretion:

Repair or replacement of the item, or
Refund up to the original purchase price of the item.
Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected is used solely to process your order and provide customer support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled under its jurisdiction.

Meen Tribe Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied due to an issue with the item, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note: Returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.


Eligibility for Returns for Homewares

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In its original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged through misuse will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Meen Tribe will cover the return postage.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or incorrect selection

Perishable goods (e.g., food, chocolates)

Custom or personalised items

Personal care items (e.g., candles, bath products, soaps)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the approved item and place a new order once your return is accepted.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days or

A store credit may be issued (where applicable)

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
